Beyond the Horizon

‘Beyond the Horizon’ is a Solo Exhibition by Victoria Wylie. It is open to the public at The Meffan Museum and Art Gallery in Forfar, Angus. Paintings are available to view and purchase below, or direct from The Meffan.

‘The exhibition explores the wild beauty of Scotland’s land and seascapes through striking and atmospheric paintings that celebrate nature’s vastness and constant transformation.

From Angus to Shetland, the work reflects an on going fascination with the shifting relationship between land and sea, where sky, water and earth converge. Immersion in place is central to the artist’s process, each painting shaped by direct experience, deep connection, and a profound respect for the power and presence of the natural world.’

Please note: Any paintings purchased will remain on display until the end of the exhibition on 22 June 2026. Arrangements can be made to collect them from the venue after this date.
