Skye

A selection of paintings made after a recent Autumnal trip to the Isle of Skye, situated off the west coast of Scotland. I re-visited the island in October after being absent from its shores for over 10 years. The ever-changing weather brought a huge amount of drama and energy to this majestic island. With its stunning mountainous vistas at every turn, dramatic sky lines and endless rain/rainbows and magnificent shafts of sunlight, it was great to be back and brought a much needed injection of West Coast drama back in to the studio!!
